Payment information processed through Stripe (we do not store full payment card information; see Section 4)
Automatically collected:
Standard website analytics (pages visited, browser type, approximate location) collected by our website host
We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account credentials, or other sensitive identifiers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To respond to inquiries and communicate about prospective and active trips
To plan, coordinate, and deliver the services you have engaged us to provide
To send transactional communications (booking confirmations, reminders, invoices, trip-related updates)
To send periodic marketing communications about new offerings, Trip Styles, or destinations (you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email)
To process payments via Stripe

5. Information About Other People (Roster Data)
When you engage us to plan a trip for your group, you may provide information about other members of your group, including their names, contact information, and golf-related details. You represent that you have the authority to share this information with us on their behalf. We will use this information only to plan and deliver the trip you have engaged us for.
If a member of your group contacts us directly to request that we delete or correct their information, we will do so within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Data Retention
Our retention practices depend on the nature of your engagement with us:
Prospective clients (those who have contacted us but not engaged us to plan a trip): We retain information for up to three (3) years following the last meaningful contact, after which it is deleted unless required to be retained longer for legal, accounting, or dispute resolution purposes.
Established clients (those who have engaged us to plan and deliver a trip): We retain information for up to five (5) years following the last active engagement, to support repeat trip planning and continuity. After that period, information is deleted unless required to be retained longer for legal, accounting, or dispute resolution purposes.

7. Geographic Scope
CGT operates exclusively within the United States. We do not actively market our services to individuals located outside the United States. If you are contacting us from outside the United States, please be aware that any information you provide will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Regardless of where you live, you have the following rights regarding the information we collect about you:
Right to Know. You may request a summary of the personal information we have collected about you, the categories of information collected, and the purposes for which it is used.
Right to Delete. You may request that we delete personal information we have collected about you. We will honor reasonable requests subject to any legal retention obligations (for example, if we are required to keep records for accounting or dispute resolution).
